Refund and Returns Policy

At Glint Garden, we create each piece with the hope that it brings a touch of eternal whimsy to your life. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit for your space or style.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene & Fragility: For hygienic and artisanal reasons, we cannot accept returns for hair accessories or hand-sculpted blooms that show signs of use or have been removed from their original display mounting.
  • Custom Orders: All of our custom or “Made to Order” sculptural pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Artisanal Disclaimer: Please note that because our flowers are hand-sculpted, slight variations in shape and color are a testament to their artisanal nature and are not considered defects.

Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method minus the original shipping costs. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit in the form of a Glint Garden gift code.
  • International Orders: Due to the high cost of international logistics, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. Returns are accepted, but we cannot reimburse return shipping costs, duties, or taxes. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fees.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the product.

  • Within 30 Days: We will provide a replacement or a full/partial refund for items damaged during transit.
  • After 30 Days: We are unable to provide replacements or refunds for wear-and-tear that develops over time due to the delicate nature of fiber-art materials.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to review your inquiry.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Glint Garden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
  • Shipping Protection: If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, please [click here] to file a claim for lost or damaged transit.
